MoriSeiki SV50 CNC machining center
The CNC machining center SV-50 belongs to the generation of newer machines for small and medium workpieces. The machine is distinguished by technological achievements in the field of manufacturing: the guides are in a roller design, which ensures high speeds. The clamping cone in the spindle has a ceramic coating. This guarantees the accuracy of the clamping cone even after a few million tool changes. The machine also has an automatic pallet change, which helps to shorten the processing times. The LOOKAHEAD function enables milling exactly along the contour of the product up to a speed of 16000mm / min.
